Tanner Searles, MSW, MDiv
Creator of The YADA Method
Tanner began her formal education in Biology at Westmont College, but a call from God led her to finish with a BA in Religious Studies. She now holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
She was first introduced to the world of neuro-emotional, body-brain techniques while living in Portland, OR. Despite working with excellent counselors herself, she was amazed at how rapid and effective healing became once she began working with the body's own design to heal. Through these new techniques, she experienced unparalleled results.
Drawing upon her background in science, theology and sociology, she made new discoveries that increased the precision and accuracy of identifying the source root of stress-based experiences stored in a person's system. The YADA Method combines these new discoveries into one comprehensive, seamless process to provide clients with swift results.
Tanner has over a decade worth of experience working with people from all backgrounds and cultures who find themselves struggling with every kind of mental, emotional and relational challenge, including: ongoing anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, DID, SRA, autism, attention disorders, anger management issues, grief and bereavement, cutting, suicidal ideation, violence and poverty, and those affected by gang impacted neighborhoods. She also works with people who may seem to have less severe issues, but have been unable to realize life goals for career, marriage and family.
She is continually moved and inspired by the stories she hears in her office, and values the wisdom that surfaces from her clients as they confront their fears, watch them melt away, and begin to live from a place of courage, hope, and love. She works with clients locally in Southern California and via Skype/Zoom.
